ENCUENTRO DE DISTRIBUCIÓN

ANIMASIVO

A través de una serie de charlas con profesionales del sector de la distribución cinematográfica a nivel Iberoamericano el Festival ANIMASIVO en colaboración con el Centro Cultural de España en México  quiere contribuir a la formación y  al debate entorno a la cuestión de la distribución regional del cine independiente. En un panorama en constante  transformación, donde nuevas y cada vez más especializadas plataformas y ventanas aparecen, nos parece necesario abrir la conversación a la distribución como etapa fundamental del ciclo audiovisual. 

El encuentro está dividido en dos días:

Los cortometrajes, el formato por excelencia del autor,  requieren de atención desde su planeación en su distribución y exhibición para potenciar su llegada a la audiencia y el crecimiento de su creador.

La distribución es tan importante como la producción de contenidos y muchas veces es la gran olvidada. Cada largometraje es un mundo distinto y por ello hay que hacer una estrategia de distribución adaptada a cada contenido. Para comprender bien cómo funcionan los sistemas de distribución veremos diferentes casos y tomaremos consejos de expertos del sector.

Creados en 2018, los Premios Quirino se han consolidado rápidamente como la principal plataforma de promoción para la animación de España, Portugal y los países de América Latina. Con esta iniciativa, sus promotores buscan poner en valor el talento y la industria de la animación iberoamericana, establecer lazos y redes entre ambos lados del océano, y ayudar a construir un mercado iberoamericano para la circulación de obras audiovisuales.

ANIMASIVO

The Festival of Contemporary Animation of Mexico City was born in 2008 as the first space in the country dedicated exclusively to animation. In 2017 it reaches its tenth consecutive year, being a reference festival in Latin America and an essential part in the formation of a generation of emerging animators.

ANIMASIVO gives visibility to unpublished independent and author works, promoting above all the creation of young people. It has been consolidated as a space for exhibition and dissemination and, in recent years, as a festival that promotes training, production and research. Platform that encourages networking and encourages collaboration between international and national animators and, above all, creates bridges for the development of university students.


ANIMASIVO has traveled in states such as Michoacán, State of Mexico, Morelos, Baja California, Veracruz, Oaxaca, among others, and in more than 10 countries abroad, including Austria (Ars Electrónica), Argentina (Festival Anima / Festiva Carton) , France (Marseille and Paris), Poland (Etiuda & Anima and ANIMATOR), Spain (Animadrid), Colombia (Javeriana University), Brazil (Animamundi Festival), Italy (Rome and Lecce), Croatia (Zagreb), Slovenia (Ljubljana) and Norway (Bergen).

 

 

 

- More than 9000 attendees in all activities of ANIMASIVO 2018 and more than 2000 attendees in each edition.
